I design impactful programs and systems that empower people and organizations to grow with clarity, efficiency, and purpose. My background spans learning design, grant management, business operations, and financial strategy, allowing me to create scalable solutions that drive performance in dynamic environments.
For nearly a decade, I have helped entrepreneurs scale their businesses with clarity and impact through interactive online training programs and in-person strategy workshops. My work focuses on building systems that drive sustainable growth while equipping real estate agents and office owners with the tools to navigate change and expand confidently. I take a coaching approach to my work, which allows me to leverage existing organizational knowledge to design new solutions. Alongside this, I launched and continue to operate my own real estate investment business, giving me firsthand experience with client aquisition, deal analysis, and operational challenges. To grow that business successfully, I drew on my experience at RE/MAX Europe, where I designed and rolled out international onboarding and training programs that reached more than 35,000 people across multiple countries.
In parallel, I manage projects and support operations for F-Droid, a Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) platform that offers a privacy-respecting app store for Android. My work has included grant writing and administration, user research and app design, and cross-team coordination to strengthen organizational impact. Supporting FOSS reflects my commitment to building open, collaborative systems that empower users and create long-term value.
