I design impactful programs and systems that empower people and organizations to grow with clarity, efficiency, and purpose. My background spans learning design, grant management, business operations, and financial strategy, allowing me to create scalable solutions that drive performance in dynamic environments.
I currently live in southern Florida, where I have the opportunity to use my diverse skillset to upskill and scale several different organizations, alongside building my own real estate investing business.
Before moving to Florida, I was the lead Learning Designer for RE/MAX Europe, where I created interactive e-learning programs and in-person workshops for our international network of over 35,000 affiliates. I had the opportunity to dive into business analysis and coaching, research and development of innovative training materials and speak and facilitate workshops at our large international events.
During my tenure at RE/MAX, I have presented at regional, national and international events at over 10 European countries. I especially enjoy workshop facilitation, using a user experience methodology to solve complex internal challenges, creating impact and lasting change.
Alongside my work at RE/MAX I am excited to suppor the growth and development of F-Droid, a free and open source software platform that offers a privacy and security focused app store for Android. My work here has included grant writing and implementation, user research and app design and cross tema coordination to strengthen organizational impact.
Before joining RE/MAX, I was busy working with the international startup scene in Vienna, supporting various small businesses with communications, event organization, user research and testing as well as UX design.

Ideas and activities that get me excited are: Business optimization, Content development, AI practical applications, UX Design, Case Studies, Design Research, photography storytelling, environmental and social justice, and ethnographic research.
